  • Bmoreempowered Solutions currently provides supportive shared housing for men 18+ seeking a safe, stable, and structured living environment.

  • Shared rooms are $850 per month. Private rooms are $950 per month when available. A one-time, nonrefundable community fee equal to half of the monthly housing rate is required at move-in.

  • Housing includes utilities, Wi-Fi, fully furnished living spaces, cookware and kitchen essentials, laundry access, household items, and donated toiletries/basic necessities when available.

  • Availability may vary based on current openings. If a preferred room type is not available, a waitlist may be offered. Please contact Bmoreempowered Solutions directly for the most up-to-date availability.

  • Applicants should be prepared to provide:

    • Government-issued photo ID

    • Proof of income or financial support

    Additional information or documentation may be requested during the intake process.

  • No. Employment is not required; however, applicants must be able to show a reliable, lawful source of income or financial support sufficient to meet their housing payments. This may include employment income, SSI/SSDI, benefits, approved agency support, or other verifiable income.

  • Yes. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly payment arrangements may be available based on the approved payment schedule.

  • Yes. A bed may be held with a $200 nonrefundable reservation payment, subject to availability and approval. The payment is applied toward the resident’s required move-in balance. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed upon deadline. If the applicant decides not to move forward, the reservation payment is not refunded.

  • No. Bmoreempowered Solutions does not require a credit check.

  • No. Background history is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Certain circumstances may affect eligibility based on safety, program expectations, and overall suitability for the shared living environment.

  • Move-in timing depends on current availability, completion of the application and screening process, required documentation, and payment of move-in costs. Applications are typically reviewed within the same business day or by the next business day, so applicants can expect a prompt response regarding next steps.

  • Once your application is reviewed, Bmoreempowered Solutions will contact you regarding the next steps. This may include a phone screening, tour, review of required documentation, and completion of the intake process before move-in approval.
